All fees for document clearing, visa processing, company formation, and related services are non-refundable once the service has commenced or the application has been submitted to relevant government authorities.
In case of payment errors or duplicate transactions, please contact us within 3 business days to process necessary adjustments.
Digital Products
Any digital documents or certificates delivered electronically are non-refundable once delivered.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel orders prior to the initiation of processing for a full refund. Once processing begins, no cancellations will be accepted.
Processing Errors
If any error occurs due to our internal processing, we will correct the issue at no additional charge or provide a refund at our discretion.
